- The hotel does not have its own parking lot. You can use our affiliated parking lots. Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk. Since the hotel is located within an arcade, you cannot pull up to the hotel by car, so please park your car in the parking lot before coming to the hotel. Parking is available before check-in and after check-out, but additional charges will apply.
- There are two affiliated parking lots: 1. **Maruya Daiichi Parking** - Address: 1-10 Gofuku-cho, Kagoshima-shi - Business Hours: 24 hours - Discounted Hours: 14:00 to 12:00 the next day (overtime charge is 100 yen for 30 minutes) - Fee: 1,000 yen per night - Restrictions: Vehicle height 210cm, length 500cm, width 190cm - Payment: Payment at the ticket machine upon exit. Entry and exit are possible 24 hours a day, but payment is required for each entry and exit. If you park your car for consecutive nights, an additional charge of 400 yen will be incurred during non-discounted hours (12:00 to 14:00). 2. **Centerrace Parking** - Address: 2-8 Gofuku-cho, Kagoshima-shi - Business Hours: 24 hours - Discounted Hours: 13:30 to 12:30 - Fee: 1,100 yen per night (overtime charge is 100 yen for 30 minutes from 8:00 to 18:00, and 100 yen for 60 minutes from 18:00 to 8:00) - Restrictions: Vehicle height 2.2m, length 5.0m, width 2.0m - Payment: On-site payment. Entry and exit are possible 24 hours a day. Reservations are not possible for either parking lot, so they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. - There is no free shuttle bus from the airport. Please take the airport limousine bus "for Kagoshima City" from "Kagoshima Airport," get off at Tenmonkan bus stop, and walk for 3 minutes.
- Check-in is from 14:00 to 29:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Times may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so please check the details of each plan.
- For one child aged elementary school or younger (12 years old or under) co-sleeping per bed, the accommodation fee is free. The price is 1,800 yen for adults (Lemon Steak is +300 yen) and 500 yen for children (toast, salad, egg dish).

- Yes, there is. - **Cleaning Service**: Closed on Sundays and public holidays. If you submit your items by 9:30 AM, they will be ready by around 7:00 PM on the same day. - **Coin Laundry**: There is one washing machine and three dryers on the 4th floor. The washing machine costs 200 yen per use, and the dryer costs 100 yen for 30 minutes. Detergent is automatically dispensed.
