Cancellations for reservations of 6 or more people under the same name from 10 days prior to the reservation, and cancellations for reservations of 15 or more people from 20 days prior to the reservation, will incur a cancellation fee as stipulated in the separate accommodation terms and conditions.
If you are going to be arriving more than 30 minutes later than the scheduled time, please be sure to contact the hotel. Please note that if you arrive late without contacting the hotel, your reservation may be canceled.
