- Yes, there are 44 free parking spaces on the hotel premises. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking for large buses is also possible; if you contact us in advance, we can secure a space with color cones.
- Sea-facing rooms on the 4th floor and above are available to guests who book the "Ocean View Plan." Even if you book with other plans, you can guarantee a sea-facing room on the 4th floor or above for an additional charge of 1,500 yen (tax included) per night. If you wish to do so, please call the hotel directly or contact us via the inquiry form with "Request for Ocean View on 4th floor or above (additional charge accepted)" clearly stated in your email by the day before your stay. Due to the limited number of rooms, we may not be able to accommodate your request if all rooms are booked.

- If you have elementary school children, please enter the number of "Elementary School Children (Upper Grades/Lower Grades)" on the booking screen. Preschool children (infants) can be booked as co-sleepers by selecting "Meals Only" or "No Meals/No Bedding." Children up to the 6th grade of elementary school (12 years old) who co-sleep in the same room with a guardian (parents or grandparents) stay free of charge. However, elementary school children who co-sleep will be charged for breakfast. - **Breakfast-included plan**: Breakfast charges for the number of guests, including co-sleeping children, are included. - **Room-only plan**: If you wish to have breakfast, please pay separately at the front desk, just like adult guests. Breakfast charges (tax included) are: Adults 1,800 yen, Co-sleeping (elementary school children) 950 yen, Co-sleeping (preschool children) free. Elementary school children who are not co-sleeping and children aged junior high school or older must be booked as adults.

- It takes approximately 14 minutes by car from Ishigaki Airport, or about 30 minutes by local bus and on foot. Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal is about 10 minutes by car, which is convenient for island hopping.
