- It's about a 7-minute ride on the free shuttle bus from Kintetsu "Kashikojima Station". It's also about a 35-minute drive from Ise Grand Shrine (Naiku) and about a 15-minute drive from Shima Spain Village.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check each plan for details.
- There is no direct bus service to Shima Spain Village. Please use the free shuttle bus from the hotel to Kintetsu Kashikojima Station, then take the Kintetsu train from Kashikojima Station to Ugata Station, and then transfer to a Mie Kotsu route bus (paid) from Ugata Station. The total travel time, including transfers and waiting, is approximately 1 hour.
