- If you are using a Plus Wan dedicated room, please note the following: - **Facility usage fee**: An additional 2,200 yen per dog per night will be required at the hotel front desk. - **What to bring**: - On the day of your stay, please bring a vaccination certificate (within one year of vaccination) for "5-in-1 or more mixed vaccine" and "rabies vaccine." If you do not have a certificate, you will not be able to stay for any reason. - For mixed vaccines, a "antibody test result certificate" proving sufficient antibodies can also be used as a substitute. - A rabies vaccination exemption certificate is not valid for staying. - Please bring your dog's food, leash, and a carrier bag or carrier cage for travel. - **Notes**: - We can only accommodate small dogs (目安: under 10kg) that can be moved in a carrier bag or carrier cage, up to 2 dogs. - Only indoor dogs with basic training are allowed. - Stays during estrus are not permitted. - Outside of Plus Wan dedicated rooms, dogs must be kept in a carrier bag or carrier cage. - Please refrain from bringing dogs into the restaurant.
