- To reach the hotel from JR Motomachi Station West Exit, turn left, cross the pedestrian crossing, turn right, turn left at the first corner, and after passing through the shopping arcade, you will find the hotel. From Hanshin Motomachi Station West Exit, take the escalator to the West Exit ticket gate, go straight, go up the stairs (or escalator) on your right, turn left, and after passing through the shopping arcade, you will arrive. From Shin-Kobe Station (Shinkansen), it's one stop by subway to Sannomiya Station, then one stop by JR or Hanshin train to Motomachi Station. If you are coming by car, the street in front of the hotel is one-way southbound, so please turn left from the one-way westbound street south of JR Motomachi Station.
- The hotel does not have its own parking lot. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots or paid parking lots. There are no contracted parking lots.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM the next morning (excluding some plans). Extensions are possible until 2:00 PM at the latest, but an additional fee will apply.
- Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) internet connection is available in all guest rooms. Wired LAN is also fully equipped in all rooms.
- VOD stands for "Video On Demand System." By entering a number issued at the VOD ticket machine in your guest room, you can enjoy unlimited viewing of about 100 movie titles and other programs for one day (from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day). There are many channels, including Western and Japanese films, and you can watch them at your preferred time. VOD system viewing right vending machines are located on the 2nd to 6th floors.
