- Yes, our hotel has a parking lot for 51 cars. It costs 500 yen (tax included) per night and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Motorcycles can also be parked. If the parking lot is full, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot. There is no bicycle parking.
- Access to our hotel is as follows: - Approximately 15 minutes on foot from JR Sapporo Station. - Approximately 60 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Times may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so please check each plan for details. The final check-in is 12:00 AM.
- As part of our commitment to SDGs, room cleaning is generally not performed during consecutive stays. New towels and mineral water will be placed in front of your door. If you wish to have your room cleaned, please place the "Cleaning Request" magnet card on your room door by 10 AM. Please note that for hygiene reasons, cleaning will be carried out once every four days between 10 AM and 3 PM. You will not be able to stay in your room during this time.
