- The hotel can only store luggage that arrives on the day of check-in. Luggage that arrives before then cannot be accepted and may be returned. We can only accept pre-paid (shipping paid) luggage.
- We cannot store luggage after check-out. Please use the coin lockers at Kawaguchiko Station or nearby.
- Yes, there are 15 free parking spaces on site. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved or guaranteed. If the lot is full, please use the free parking lot by Lake Kawaguchiko (approx. 5-minute walk, with a slope). However, on event days, the free parking lot by the lake may also be unavailable, so you will need to find a nearby paid coin parking lot yourself. The same applies to two-wheeled vehicles such as motorcycles; you can use the uncovered parking spaces.
- Please move your car out of the parking lot by 10:30 AM on your check-out day. After 10:30 AM, parking will be charged.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. These times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check each plan for details. Please note that if you arrive after 10:00 PM, you will not be able to check in and your reservation will be treated as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be arriving late.

- If coming by train: - From Shinjuku Station to Otsuki Station by JR Chuo Line Limited Express takes about 1 hour, then transfer to Fujikyuko Line to Kawaguchiko Station for about 1 hour, and from Kawaguchiko Station to the hotel is about a 15-minute walk. - From Nagoya Station to Shin-Yokohama Station by JR Shinkansen Nozomi takes about 1 hour 20 minutes, then by JR Yokohama Line to Hachioji Station for about 50 minutes, then by JR Limited Express to Otsuki Station for about 30 minutes, then by Fujikyuko Line to Kawaguchiko Station for about 1 hour, and from Kawaguchiko Station to the hotel is about a 15-minute walk. If coming by car: - It's about a 10-minute drive from the Chuo Expressway "Kawaguchiko IC." We do not offer a shuttle service, so please come from Kawaguchiko Station by bus, taxi, or on foot (approx. 15 minutes). Please note that the road to the hotel has a steep slope.
