- Shinshu Delica Seiryu Morning: 6:30 AM - 10:00 AM (Last order 9:30 AM) *You can check the congestion status in your room.
- We offer a morning coffee service every morning from 5:30 AM. Also, from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, we offer "TABINO My Chazuke" for free every night. Please enjoy it with our special golden dashi broth.
- It is a milky white artificial hot spring. We analyze the ingredients of famous hot spring resorts such as "Shiraho Onsen" and use bath additives approved as quasi-drugs. Hours: 4 PM - 1 AM / 5 AM - 9 AM *Please check the congestion status on your room TV.
- Access to our hotel is as follows: - Train: 4 minutes walk from JR Matsumoto Station Castle Exit - Car: 11 minutes from Matsumoto IC on the Nagano Expressway - Bus: 1 minute walk from Matsumoto Bus Terminal
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check each plan for details.
- As part of our SDGs initiatives, we implement eco-cleaning for guests staying consecutive nights. - Room cleaning will not be performed for stays of up to 3 nights. - For stays of 4 nights or more, regular cleaning will be performed once every 3 days. - Towel exchange and trash collection are available daily. Please place them outside your door if needed. - If you wish for regular cleaning on days other than the scheduled cleaning day, please inform the front desk by the day before. An additional charge of 1,200 yen will apply. - Additional sets of towels are available at the front desk for 200 yen per set.
