- As our hotel does not have staff on-site, we have implemented a self-check-in system. Based on Japanese law, it is mandatory to pre-enter the names, addresses, dates of birth, occupations, etc., of all guests and upload identification documents. Please check the email sent after your reservation and complete these required items. On the day of check-in, we will send you the key passcode via message.
- Enter the key code sent on the day of check-in into the automatic check-in machine, and the box containing the key will open. There are no other complicated inputs required.
- It is approximately a 15-minute drive from Naha Airport.
- Yes, there is a parking lot that requires advance reservation. It costs 1,500 yen per night, and large vehicles are not permitted. A maximum of 2 cars can be parked, so please make a reservation via email after completing your booking.
- We apologize, but as there are no staff permanently stationed on-site, we cannot receive luggage. Please consider sending your luggage with a specified date and time to coincide with your check-in.
- Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Please check each accommodation plan for details, as times may vary depending on the plan.
- Our hotel only offers room-only (no meals) plans. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area. Additionally, the facility has a simple kitchen setup, and you can rent a rice cooker, cooking utensils, and tableware for 550 yen (excluding tax). If you bring your own ingredients and seasonings, you can cook for yourself.
- We may be able to guide you once the room is ready, but since cleaning begins after the previous guest checks out at 10:00 AM, we cannot guarantee an early check-in at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please confirm the check-in time again on the day.
- There is no cleaning service during your stay. You are free to use the cleaning tools provided in the room. There is also no exchange of linens such as towels, so please wash them yourself.
- Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the trash cans in the room. Trash will be collected at check-out, except for long-term stays.
- The entire facility is non-smoking. Smoking is also prohibited on balconies and in the parking lot. If you smoke in the guest room, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- We apologize, but pets are not allowed to stay at our hotel.
- Entry to the facility by individuals who are not registered guests is prohibited. If discovered, an additional fee will be charged.
- Depending on the damaged item, you may be liable for compensation, so please contact us immediately.
- Payment is only accepted via pre-paid credit card.
- Minors under the age of 18 cannot stay alone. Guests aged 19 or older may stay only if they pledge to refrain from drinking and smoking and to comply with all laws and regulations.
- On-site payment is not possible, so please process your receipt issuance from the Rakuten Travel customer page. Our hotel is a qualified invoice issuer that meets the requirements of the invoice system.
- Wi-Fi is available during your stay, but speeds may be slow at certain times or when usage is concentrated.
- Co-sleeping infants are free of charge, so bedding, amenities, and towel sets are not included.
- There is no mention of meeting rooms or banquet halls.
