- Rides are on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not accept reservations. Please wait at each bus stop.
- We have parking for 300 cars in total: in front of the main entrance on the 3rd floor, at the Kobe City Municipal Parking Lot on the 1st floor, and in a slightly separate P2 parking lot. Please note that parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and we do not accept reservations. For overnight guests, the charge is ¥1,800 per car per night, available from noon on the day of arrival to noon on the day of departure. Please be aware that a fee will be incurred every 30 minutes thereafter.
- The height limit is 2.5m, but there are some areas with no restrictions, so please inquire at the bell desk.
- We can keep your luggage at the 3rd-floor cloakroom. Please ask the bell desk.
- Pajamas are provided in all rooms. *Only one size is available, and there are no children's sizes. Please be aware of this in advance.
- All guest rooms offer free Wi-Fi broadband internet access. The following items are required to use this service: 1. Ability to access the network using Wi-Fi (IEEE802.11b) compatible Ethernet (LAN). * If your computer does not have a built-in wireless Ethernet (LAN) port, you will need to add a wireless Ethernet (LAN) card (in which case, at least one PCMCIA TypeII slot must be available). 2. Software installed on your computer that can change the SSID of the IEEE802.11b compliant Ethernet LAN card. 3. Software installed on your computer that can set the WEP (40bit) Key of the IEEE802.11b compliant Ethernet LAN card. * Please confirm, as many devices do not have this installed by default. 4. The internet connection settings on your computer are set to "Do not use Proxy Server" and "Obtain IP address automatically", or can be changed to these settings.
- All restaurants are available except for the "VIEW BAR". We also have children's chairs, so please let us know when making a reservation.
- To ensure a smooth departure, we kindly request payment upon arrival. Payments prior to the stay date are also accepted. Please contact the front desk for details on in-person payment, bank transfers, or postal cash mail.
