- For guests staying 2 nights or more, room cleaning will be performed between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If you wish to have your room cleaned, please make sure to display the cleaning instruction magnet on your room door by 10:00 AM. As a general rule, cleaning will not be performed if the magnet is not displayed. Cleaning takes a minimum of approximately 2 hours. If you return to your room earlier than 3:00 PM or wish for cleaning outside of these hours, please consult the front desk in advance.
- Our hotel's breakfast venue is small and can only accommodate about 20 guests at a time. Therefore, the number of breakfast-included plans sold is limited, but it is possible to purchase breakfast additionally on-site. Our staff will also confirm the availability of breakfast.
- The hotel is conveniently located approximately a 2-minute walk from JR Nagano Station and the Hokuriku Shinkansen Zenkoji Exit.
- There is a partner parking lot, "Tokyu Daiichi P," right next to the hotel. Motorcycles cannot be parked. Usage hours are from 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next day, and the fee is 800 yen. For extended hours or multiple entries/exits, a fee of 500 yen per hour will be charged.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check the details of each plan.
- Our hotel's breakfast is a Western-style buffet primarily featuring bread, offering an original American breakfast style. It is a Western-style buffet that prioritizes quality over quantity, focusing on cost performance. If you prefer rice dishes, please use the Japanese-Western buffet at our sister hotel, "Hotel Nagano Venue.
- For preschool children who do not require a bed or amenities (towels, nightwear, etc.), co-sleeping is free. In this case, please do not include the number of children in your reservation. Amenities will only be provided for one adult (or two sets for twin rooms). Elementary school children are eligible for a discounted rate and can use a bed. Our hotel's twin rooms do not have a nightstand between the beds, so the beds can be easily moved together to be used like a Hollywood twin. If you require an extra bed, please select a triple plan or contact the hotel directly.
