- There are three special condominium-type rooms that can accommodate 3 to 6 people, such as families or groups. They are equipped with everything necessary for daily life, such as a kitchen, dining table, and washing machine, so you can relax and spend your time comfortably.
- Lost items are stored for three months in accordance with the Lost Property Act. However, perishables such as food and drinks will be disposed of the next day for hygiene reasons. For privacy protection, the hotel will not contact guests in principle.
- We can store your luggage both before check-in and after check-out, provided it is picked up on the same day. Luggage can be stored from the morning of the check-in day. However, we cannot store cash, valuables, fragile items, or items requiring freezing or refrigeration.
- After making a reservation, please specify that your luggage should arrive on or after the day before your check-in date. When sending luggage, please be sure to include the full name (in Katakana) of the guest and the check-in date. We cannot accept items requiring freezing or refrigeration or cash-on-delivery luggage.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 29:30, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check the details of each plan.
- If you paid on-site, the hotel can issue a receipt. For online payments, please print it yourself from the booking site. We cannot accept blank names, "To Whom It May Concern," or changes to the amount. Our hotel is a qualified invoice issuer that meets the requirements of the invoice system.
- It is a 10-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station East Exit. From Shinjuku-sanchome Subway Station, it is a 5-minute walk from Exit B3 and a 3-minute walk from Exit E1.
- According to Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance, an accommodation tax will be levied depending on the accommodation fee. It is not included in the plan fee, so please pay it separately at the hotel.
