- Yes, we have a flat parking lot on the hotel premises. It can accommodate up to 45 cars and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so reservations are not possible. The fee for one night (1:00 PM on the day of arrival to 1:00 PM the next day) is 1,300 yen. Outside of these hours, an additional fee of 100-200 yen will be charged every 30 minutes.
- The parking lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 45 cars, and reservations are not possible. If the parking lot is full, please inquire at the front desk. We do not have affiliated parking lots, but we can guide you to nearby coin-operated parking. Please note that the parking lot may be full if you re-enter after exiting.
- There are two parking areas: an above-ground parking lot and an underground parking lot. - **Above-ground parking lot**: There is no height restriction, so tall vehicles can use this area. - **Underground parking lot**: The height restriction is 2m or less. We may refuse parking for large vehicles that do not fit into a standard car space. In such cases, please use the "Kyoto Terrsa Parking Lot" near the hotel, which has a large bus parking area that can accommodate microbuses and tall vehicles.
- We do not offer a shuttle service from Kyoto Station. Please come by foot or use the subway or city bus.
- There is a free bicycle and motorcycle parking space in the main building's underground parking lot (first-come, first-served). Regarding rental bicycles, a "PiPPA" share cycle port is installed on the premises.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check the details of each plan.
- All rooms in both the main building and the annex are non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke can use the smoking room on the 1st floor of the main building.
- After check-in, there is no curfew until check-out at 10:00 AM. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
- Yes, Wi-Fi and wired LAN connections are available free of charge in all guest rooms. The Wi-Fi ID and password are provided in the guest room. Wi-Fi is also available in the lobby and vending machine room on the 2nd floor of the main building, but a password is required, so please ask at the front desk. We do not lend out personal computers.
- We will store your luggage at the front desk. However, we may refuse certain items such as valuables. Please note that we do not offer a service to carry your stored luggage to your room.
- Yes, we only accept prepaid shipments (cool delivery and cash-on-delivery are not accepted). Please be sure to clearly write your check-in date and full name on the shipping label. We will keep your luggage at the front desk until check-in. If you send a delivery service from the hotel, we only accept cash-on-delivery (prepaid is not accepted).
