- It is about a 15-minute drive from JR Toya Station.
- EV chargers are installed next to the shop in the parking lot. Reservations cannot be made in advance, so please inform the front desk if you wish to use one. Priority will be given to staying guests, and during busy times, you may have to wait or be guided to use it the next morning.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please check each plan for details, as times may vary depending on the accommodation plan.
- We do not offer late check-out.
- You can stay alone, but an additional fee may apply depending on the accommodation plan.

- Children up to preschool age can bathe in the opposite-sex bath. Elementary school students and older should use the bath for their respective gender.
- Children aged 0 to under 3 years old are free. For children aged 3 years old to under elementary school age, a facility usage fee of 3,850 yen (tax included) per person will be charged. In this case, no futon will be provided, and they will co-sleep with their parents. If you wish for a futon for your child, please inquire as the fee varies depending on the accommodation plan.
