- You can use our free parking lot, which can accommodate approximately 100 cars. No reservation is required, and it's on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We do not have rooms where pets can stay, but there is a "Pet Hotel Ito" about a 5-minute walk away. Please use it, as you can leave dogs, cats, and other small animals there.
- If you wish for in-room dining, please book a plan that includes in-room dining. Additionally, in-room dining can be arranged for an extra charge in the Kaikatei, Shikitei, rooms with open-air baths, Japanese-style rooms with gardens, and special rooms.
- Upon check-in, we offer matcha and Japanese sweets as a welcome. We also provide colored yukata and geta for going out. The straw craft "Crane and Turtle" displayed on the lobby wall is a valuable traditional craft donated by Izumo Taisha Shrine. Additionally, there are four Japanese gardens designed by a gardener within the facility, so please enjoy the different atmospheres of these Japanese landscapes.
- As our hotel prepares various ingredients in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee 100% allergy compatibility. Please understand that for the safety of our guests, we cannot accommodate changes to meal content regarding allergies or ingredients you cannot eat.
- It is a 10-minute drive from JR Tamatsukuri Onsen Station. A shuttle service is also available if you contact us in advance.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please check each plan for details, as times may vary depending on the accommodation plan.
- For guests staying for consecutive nights, we perform a light cleaning once every three days for environmental protection.
