- Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00 the next day. If you arrive early, we can store your luggage, so please feel free to ask.
- Guest rooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, hair dryers, bath towels, face towels, and yukata. Hairbrushes, cotton swabs, and nail clippers are available at the front desk; please ask if you would like them.
- The public bath is available from 6:00 to 11:00 in the morning and from 14:00 to 24:00 in the afternoon. Please bring your bath towel from your room.
- The public bath uses natural hot spring water from the source, which is hypotonic and weakly alkaline. It is not free-flowing.
- There is an outdoor parking lot, which is free for hotel guests. No reservation is required.
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30. For dinner, it may be crowded on some days, and we may not be able to accommodate your preferred time, so please inquire for details.
- The outdoor pool is open only during the summer season and is free for hotel guests. Operating hours are from 9:00 to 12:00 in the morning and from 14:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon. In 2020, it was by reservation only, with a one-hour rotation system.
- There are convenience stores and supermarkets in Kumihama Town, about a 10-minute drive away.
- You can enjoy fishing in Kumihama Bay all year round. Please ask our staff for detailed fishing spots when you visit.
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The password will be provided at check-in.
- We do not have laundry service or coin laundry facilities. We can direct you to a coin laundry in Kumihama Town, about a 10-minute drive away.
- You can use the free shuttle bus from JR Toyooka Station and Kyoto Tango Railway Kumihama Station. The shuttle bus requires advance reservation. It takes about 30 minutes from JR Toyooka Station and about 10 minutes from Kumihama Station.
- Yes, there is a table tennis corner in the building. Operating hours are from 8:00 to 23:00 (last reception at 22:00), and the fee is 1,100 yen (tax included) for 60 minutes per table. Rental of rackets and balls is included.
