- Yes, our hotel has a parking lot. It is available for 1,500 yen per night, but reservations are required. Also, cars cannot enter or exit between 11 PM and 6 AM the next morning. Bicycle parking is also available (500 yen per night, reservations required).
- Our hotel is a 4-minute walk from the JR Akihabara Station Central Exit and a 4-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Akihabara Station Exit 5.
- JR Akihabara Station is the closest station to the hotel. Please refer to the "Other" section of Rakuten Travel's photo gallery for images showing directions to the hotel. If you get lost, please feel free to call the hotel. You will be guided by an automated voice system.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM until 5:00 AM the next morning, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check each plan for details.
- We apologize, but we do not have rooms that can accommodate three people. We also do not provide extra beds, so we cannot accommodate additional guests in the room.
- - **Early Check-in:** Early check-in before the regular check-in time (3:00 PM) may not be possible depending on the reservation status of the previous day and the current day. If you wish to check in before 3:00 PM, an additional fee will be charged depending on the time, so please contact the hotel for details. - **Late Check-out:** If you extend beyond the regular check-out time (10:00 AM), the extension fee is 1,000 yen per hour for single occupancy and 2,000 yen per hour for double occupancy. For extensions after 1:00 PM, a full night's charge will apply. Please note that this may not be possible depending on the reservation status of the day.
- For guests staying consecutively, room cleaning will begin sequentially from 10 AM. If you are still in your room after 1 PM or have placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign, towels will be left at the entrance. **Request for cooperation with Green Card:** To protect the global environment, bed linens (sheets, duvet/pillow covers) for guests staying consecutively will be changed once every three days. If you wish for them to be changed otherwise, please present the "Green Card" on your bed. If the Green Card is not presented, only towel changes (bath towel, face towel, bath mat), gown (pajama) changes, trash collection, room cleaning, and bed making with the same linens will be performed.
- You may keep your room key until check-out. If you are concerned about losing it, we can keep it at the front desk for you.
- For reasons of public morals, crime prevention, and fire safety, non-staying guests are not permitted to enter or access guest rooms or guest room floors. Please meet in the lobby.
- We can store your luggage only if it can be picked up on the day of check-in or check-out. We cannot store luggage without a reservation, valuables, fragile items, or items requiring temperature control (such as refrigerated or frozen items).
- We can store your valuables in the hotel safe after they are sealed in a valuable bag. Please note that depending on the size and contents of the valuables, we may not be able to store them.
