- The front desk is open 24 hours a day.
- An accommodation tax will be introduced from April 1, 2026. If the accommodation fee per person per night (room only, excluding tax) is 6,000 yen or more, a tax of 200 yen will be levied. The accommodation tax will be paid at check-in.
- It's about a 10-minute ride on the Hiroshima Electric Railway (streetcar) from JR Hiroshima Station, get off at "Hatchobori Streetcar Stop," and it's about a 3-minute walk.
- Children of elementary school age or younger can co-sleep with an accompanying adult without an additional charge, up to one child per bed. However, amenities will only be provided for the room's capacity, and if you have a meal-included plan, meals for children are not included.

- The hotel faces Yagenbori and Nagarekawa, the largest entertainment districts in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, and is located in the Hatchobori area, where large commercial facilities and offices are concentrated. It is ideal as a base for business and sightseeing.
