- Our hotel is approximately a 1-minute walk from Oshiage Station (Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, Toei Asakusa Line, Keisei Oshiage Line, Tobu Isesaki Line) and approximately a 6-minute walk from the front exit of Tokyo Skytree Station. Detailed walking routes can be found on our official website.
- We have a partner parking lot on the 3rd and 4th floors within the hotel building. Reservations are not possible. The fee is 1,500 yen per night, and vehicles up to 2.1m in height and 1.9m in width can use it. Motorcycles and other two-wheeled vehicles can also be parked. The overnight rate applies from the morning of your stay until 11:00 AM on the check-out day. You can enter and exit during your stay, but a fee will be charged each time. Please present your parking ticket at the front desk. If you wish to use the parking lot after check-out, you will need to exit and re-enter. For use after 11:00 AM, the fee is 330 yen every 30 minutes from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and 110 yen every 60 minutes from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- The hotel does not have a dedicated bicycle parking lot, but motorcycles and bikes can be parked in the partner parking lot. Additionally, there are the following bicycle parking lots around the hotel (not affiliated with the hotel): - Eco Station 21 (behind the "Life" supermarket) - First 2 hours free, then 100 yen every 24 hours - Oshiage Station Front Bicycle Parking (diagonally opposite the hotel) - 100 yen per day per use
- We apologize, but the hotel does not provide shuttle service.
- Children up to elementary school age can co-sleep for free, one child per bed. Co-sleeping children do not include bedding, so if bedding is required, please make a reservation at the adult rate. Children's amenities (toothbrush, slippers, etc.) are available, and baby cribs can be rented (reservation required), though quantities are limited. Pajamas for children 125cm-135cm tall, with a length of 85cm, width of 50cm, and sleeve length of 32cm, are also available, so please request them in advance if desired.
- Normal check-in is from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. These times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check the details of each plan. Richmond Club members receive an extended check-out time of 12:00 PM, instead of the usual 11:00 AM. Membership registration is available at the hotel front desk. If you wish for a late check-out, you can extend your stay until 2:00 PM for an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour. Extensions beyond 2:00 PM will incur an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Please notify us by 11:00 AM on the day of check-out for extensions. However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on reservation availability. Early check-in is available from 11:00 AM onwards and incurs additional charges: - From 11:00 AM: 3,000 yen - From 12:00 PM: 2,000 yen - From 1:00 PM: 1,000 yen Check-in before 11:00 AM will be charged for one night's stay. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate early check-in depending on the previous day's occupancy, so please contact us in advance or come with this understanding.
- All rooms are equipped with air conditioning systems with built-in Plasma Cluster technology, so there are no separate air purifiers. Additionally, humidifiers are provided in all rooms.
- If you book a twin room, it is possible to push the beds together to create a Hollywood twin. If you wish to do so, please do not move them yourself and ask a staff member for assistance.
- There are 12 coin-operated laundry machines on the 6th floor, available 24 hours a day. Payment is **cashless only**, including electronic money and QR code payments; credit cards and Rakuten Pay are not accepted. We also offer a dry cleaning service. Typically, if accepted by 9:00 AM, items will be ready by 10:00 AM the next morning. However, the service is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, public holidays, Obon, and during the New Year holidays.
- The buffet breakfast for elementary school children is 1,750 yen. Preschool children are free if accompanied by an adult who is also having breakfast.
- We apologize, but we do not offer stroller rentals. You are welcome to use your own stroller within the hotel.
- There is a "Seven-Eleven" located a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Additionally, there is a "Life" supermarket on the 1st floor of the hotel premises.
- We can store your luggage for free at the front desk. For luggage storage after check-out, we will confirm your return time before storing it. For same-day storage only, luggage sent in advance can also be held at the front desk. If ordering online or sending via a delivery company, please ensure payment is made in advance or prepaid, and clearly state your "check-in date" and "guest name" when arranging delivery.
- We accept parcel delivery services at the front counter. Shipping is limited to within Japan. Fees vary depending on the destination region, package size, and weight, so please inquire at the front desk on the day.
- As a surprise, we can create a message card for free, so please contact the hotel if you wish. We also offer paid anniversary options and Sizzler square cakes. Please feel free to inquire, and we will do our best to assist you.

- The front desk can arrange for a taxi. Please allow ample time as it may take a while for the taxi to arrive. Fares vary depending on road conditions, season, and taxi company, so please inquire at the hotel front desk for details.
- Breakfast is served at "Sizzler" on the 5th floor, from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (last entry 10:00 AM). It is a buffet style centered on fresh salads and fruits, and after the renovation, Western-style hot dishes with a focus on grilled items are offered daily.
