- To operate in an environmentally friendly manner, our hotel only provides room cleaning during consecutive stays upon request. If you wish to have your room cleaned, please place the "Cleaning Request" magnet on the outside of your door by 9:00 AM. For hygiene reasons, cleaning including sheet changes will be performed every 3 nights regardless of whether the "Cleaning Request" magnet is displayed. - Yes, there is a parking lot on the hotel premises with space for 40 cars. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 500 yen per night (every 24 hours). There are no affiliated parking lots. If you are using a medium or large vehicle, please contact the hotel in advance. We will guide you to a dedicated space for 2,000 yen per night. However, during winter, we may not be able to accommodate due to snow. There is also free motorcycle parking on the premises. Please enter through the two-wheeled vehicle entrance without taking a parking ticket. Space is limited, so please understand if it is full. If the lot is full or if you wish to use other parking, we can guide you to nearby coin-operated parking lots, but these are not affiliated, so no services are provided. - Higashiguchi Parking (Municipal): 1,000 yen on weekdays, weekends, and holidays - Mitsui no Repark: 600 yen on weekdays, 800 yen on weekends and holidays (1 minute walk from the hotel) *Mitsui no Repark does not have snow melting equipment, so it cannot be used during winter. During winter, Joetsu Myoko Station East Exit (System Park) also does not have snow melting equipment and cannot be used, so please use Higashiguchi Parking (Municipal).
