- If you are staying in the main building, both dinner and breakfast will be served in your room. Guests staying at Betsutei Tsukishiro will be served in a private room in the main building.
- We apologize, but pets are not allowed to stay.
- There is a gift shop in the hotel.
- Take the Hinomaru Bus from JR Kurayoshi Station, get off at Misasa Onsen, and it's a 3-minute walk. There is no shuttle service from Kurayoshi Station.
- From December to mid-March each year, there is a possibility of snowfall and icy roads, so we recommend preparing winter tires or chains. Even with heavy snow, the Chugoku Expressway Innosho IC to National Route 179, or the Yonago Expressway Yubara IC to National Route 313, can be traversed with only winter tires.
- Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:30, and check-out is at 10:00. Times may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so please check each plan for details.
- We do not accept advance reservations for the private open-air bath. We will inform you of available times at the front desk upon check-in.
