Frequently Asked Questions
- Yes, our hotel has a paid parking lot for 16 cars. It costs 1,200 yen per night and there is no height restriction. Please note that it is on a first-come, first-served basis and in-and-out privileges are not available. If the parking lot is full, you will need to use a nearby coin-operated parking lot (payment is at your own expense).
- Our hotel is conveniently located a 1-minute walk from the East Exit of Fukui Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen line. There is an arcade from the station, so you can travel with peace of mind even on rainy or snowy days. If you are coming by car, it is about a 10-minute drive from the Fukui IC. The express bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check the details of each plan.
- Reservations can be made up to 6 months (186 days) in advance. However, there may be days when rooms are not available due to hotel circumstances, so please check the availability of each hotel.
- Minors can stay alone with the consent of their guardian. However, if a minor is staying alone or with other minors, the guardian must fill out a "Letter of Consent for Minor Accommodation" and submit it to the front desk at check-in. A consent form is required for all guests.
- We will issue receipts for payments made directly at the hotel (excluding some). If you have a preferred addressee, please inform us at check-in. Reissuance is possible, but in that case, the word "Reissued" will be included on the receipt. If you paid online by credit card through other reservation sites or through a travel agency, our hotel cannot issue a receipt, so please contact each company directly. If you used points from an internet site, the receipt will be issued for the amount after the points have been deducted. We can also issue receipts that comply with the invoice system.
- Our hotel offers a free breakfast called "Ecomoni." We incorporate local production for local consumption menus and offer daily changing side dishes, so even guests staying for multiple nights can enjoy it. We also have Fukui Prefecture's local dish "Bokkake." Business hours are from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
- Yes, we can store your luggage at the front desk both before check-in and after check-out. Your stored luggage will be handed over at the front desk. Some hotels also have coin lockers. However, long-term storage after check-out may not be possible, so please contact the hotel for details.
