- We have a parking lot that can accommodate approximately 200 cars. The entrance to the parking lot is on Oike-dori, facing east. Parking is free from 3:00 PM on the check-in day until 3:00 PM the following day.
- There are two standard EV charging stations on the northwest side of the parking lot on B4F. Please park in space 475 or 476 and pick up the charging key at the front desk. Charging takes approximately 6-7 hours. Guests can charge their vehicles for free.
- All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi. Wired LAN is also available. LAN cables are provided in each guest room.
- On B1F and B2F, you'll find a collection of luxurious shops, from Kyoto souvenirs to boutiques and accessories. On 1F, there is "Cafe Lecourt" which offers original sweets specially made by our patissiers, as well as light meals and breakfast menus, and "Panetteria Okura," a bakery with an eat-in area.
- Guests can use the members-only "Kyoto Hotel Okura Fitness Club" on 6F for a fee. It features an indoor pool, jacuzzi bath, training gym, golf range, sauna/bath, and massage room, making it ideal for physical training and refreshment. Hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM (last entry 9:00 AM) / 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (last entry 8:00 PM) Closed: Mondays
- The hotel is directly connected to Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station on the Kyoto Municipal Subway Tozai Line, approximately 15 minutes by subway from Kyoto Station.
