- For consecutive stays, if you wish to have your room cleaned, please place the blue magnet on the outside of your door by 10:00 AM. If you only wish to have your towels replaced, please place the gray magnet. If neither magnet is placed, neither cleaning nor towel replacement will be performed. However, for hygiene management, cleaning will be carried out once every 3 days.
- For security and fire safety reasons, non-guests are not permitted to enter guest rooms or guest room floors. Please meet your visitors in the lobby.
- Yes, Superior Twin Rooms and Superior Corner Twin Rooms can accommodate up to three people with an extra bed. Additionally, Connecting Rooms, which connect two Concept Twin Rooms, can accommodate up to four people.
