- The refrigerator is provided empty.
- You can connect to the internet using your own PC in all rooms.
- They are available for free rental at the front desk. Please return them to the front desk when you check out.
- Co-sleeping with children up to 6 years old is possible without additional charge.
- We apologize, but we do not provide children's pajamas.
- Amenities are not provided in the rooms. Please feel free to take them from the amenity bar in the 1st floor lobby.
- Microwaves are available in the 1st floor lobby and on each floor from the 3rd to the 10th floor, and you are free to use them.
- If there is a significant change from your scheduled time, please contact the hotel.
- The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so you can check out at any time.
- The regular check-out time is 11:00 AM, but please inquire at the front desk about extensions. There may be days when extensions cannot be accommodated due to room availability.
- There is no curfew. The front desk is open 24 hours, so late check-ins and returns to the hotel at night are not a problem.
- We accept shipments via Yamato Transport at the front desk.
- We will hold your luggage if you clearly state your arrival date and full name. Please refrain from sending cash-on-delivery items.
- If you request it, we will store your luggage at the front desk.
- There is a smoking area on the 3rd floor of the hotel (maximum capacity of 4 people).
- You can still have breakfast on the morning of the day. The price is 1,650 yen per person (tax included).
- From Monday to Friday, it's 6:45 AM to 9:30 AM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it's 6:45 AM to 10:30 AM. On weekdays only, you can change your breakfast ticket to a pasta lunch (during Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's holidays, lunch business days may change, so please inquire at the front desk for details).
- We do not accept parking reservations. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and if the lot is full, we will direct you to nearby parking facilities.
- It costs 1,500 yen per night (tax included). Parking is available from 2:00 PM on the check-in day until 12:00 PM on the check-out day. For other times, it costs 330 yen (tax included) per 30 minutes.
- Access to major areas from the hotel is as follows: - Approximately 10 minutes by train to Umeda/Namba area - Approximately 30 minutes by train to Universal City Station - Approximately 5 minutes walk to Osaka Castle Park - Approximately 25 minutes walk to Osaka-Jo Hall - Approximately 20 minutes by train to Kyocera Dome - 24 minutes by train to Yumeshima Station (Osaka Expo venue)
