- Breakfast is served at our partner cafe, 'haleʼaina HOA'. *Please inquire at the front desk. You can enjoy BBQ by the poolside.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The front desk operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so if you wish to check in or check out outside of these hours, please contact the staff.
- It is possible only if there is room availability. Please consult with the staff. The extension fees are as follows: - January - June, October - December: 1,000 yen per room (for use until 12 PM) - July - September: 2,000 yen per room (for use until 12 PM)
- We have two cottage-type pet-friendly rooms. Please be sure to book the "[Stay with your dog] Private Cottage" plan. Pets are not allowed in rooms other than the designated pet-friendly rooms. Up to two medium-sized dogs are allowed. Animals other than dogs are not permitted to stay. At check-in, you must present vaccination certificates for "mixed vaccine" and "rabies vaccine" administered within the last year. If you do not have them, we will refuse your stay.
- You can stay, but please refrain from exposing any tattoos (including small fashion tattoos) within the hotel facilities and pool area. Please wear clothing (such as a shirt or rash guard) inside the hotel.
- Cancellation fees are as follows: - Reservations for 1-9 people: No-show/Same day 100%, Day before 70%, 7 days prior 50% - Reservations for 10 or more people: No-show/Same day 100%, Day before 70%, 7 days prior 50%, 21 days prior 30% *This applies to all scheduled dates of your stay.
- If a storm warning is issued on the day of your stay, or if your scheduled flight is canceled, there will be no charge. If a storm warning is not issued and your scheduled flight is operating, the standard cancellation fee will apply for cancellations.
- Children of elementary school age and above are charged the same as adults. Children under elementary school age can stay for free if they share a bed. Beds are single size (90cm wide), so we recommend using a Japanese-style room.
- VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, and Discover Card are accepted. QR code payments such as PayPay, Rakuten Pay, MerPay, and d払い are also available.
- Free bed guards are available. As quantities are limited, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
- Room facilities include air conditioning, a kitchen (in some rooms), shower, toilet, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. Amenities include a hairdryer, toothbrush, bath towel, face towel, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
- All rooms in the building are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area.
- There are two coin laundry machines and two dryers. The washing machine costs 300 yen per use, and the dryer costs 100 yen for 15 minutes. Detergent is sold at the front desk for 100 yen per single use. Operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- There is a Lawson (Onna Inbu Beach Mae store) about a 5-minute drive (1 kilometer) away.

- We have introduced projection mapping onto the pool, a first in Okinawa Prefecture. You might encounter a whale shark swimming in the pool with the light show that illuminates the night pool. Enjoy an Instagram-worthy night pool. You can see it even better from rooms on the second floor.
