- There is free parking (approx. 80 spaces). Reservations are not required, but please contact us in advance. (Please refrain from visiting by motorcycle)
- There are 3 rooms where you can stay with your pet. Please make a reservation with a dedicated pet-friendly accommodation plan or a pet-friendly room in another plan. Up to 1 pet per room, small indoor dogs and cats are allowed.
- There is an outdoor pool (7m x 20m) on the rooftop of the wellness building, open only in summer, and a spa house (heated exercise pool where swimwear is required) on the 2nd floor of the wellness plaza. [Usage hours] 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Closed from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- There is a shop in the hotel selling local specialties and souvenirs.
- If you are coming by train, you can use the shuttle bus that operates on a fixed schedule from JR Ito Station. Buses depart every 30 minutes from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. If you are coming by car, please take the Tomei Expressway from Atsugi IC, pass through the Odawara-Atsugi Road, and come to Ito via National Route 135.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so please check each plan for details.
- Dinner is a buffet style with Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes such as sashimi, sushi, tempura, and steak. During busy periods, it will be a two-part system from 5:30 PM and 7:45 PM, and we will ask for your preferred time on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet where you can enjoy freshly grilled dried fish, omelets, and seafood bowls.
