- Yes, we have a parking lot for 27 cars. Reservations are not required and it is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the parking lot is full, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot. Parking is subject to a fee.
- It is a 1-minute walk from Hankyu Arashiyama Line "Arashiyama Station." It takes about 30 minutes from JR "Kyoto Station" and about 50 minutes from Hankyu "Umeda Station.
- If you will be arriving after 6:00 PM, please contact the hotel (0758630489) in advance. Guests with dinner-included plans should arrive by 8:00 PM, as the last dinner start time is 8:00 PM. Dinner may not be available after 8:00 PM. Please check your reservation as some plans may have limited dinner start times.
- We do not offer a shuttle service. Our hotel is located a 1-minute walk from Hankyu Arashiyama Station, directly across the street after exiting the station ticket gate and walking straight.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This may vary depending on your accommodation plan, so please check each plan for details.
- Yes, extensions are possible. The extension fee is 2,000 yen (tax included) per hour.
