- Welcome drinks such as hot coffee are available.
- Check-in is from 14:00 to 29:30, and check-out is at 11:00. Please check each plan for details, as times may vary depending on the accommodation plan.
- Receipts can only be issued at the hotel if you paid for your stay on-site. If you used online payment, please print it yourself from the booking site. Please note that we cannot issue receipts with no addressee, "On-sama" (a generic honorific), or altered amounts.
- We can store your luggage from the morning of your check-in day, and also on the same day after check-out. However, we cannot store cash, valuables, fragile items, items requiring refrigeration or freezing. Depending on the amount and contents of your luggage, we may not be able to store it.
- There is a paid coin laundry on the 1st floor, so guests staying for a long period can use it with peace of mind.
- If you will be later than your scheduled time, please be sure to contact the hotel. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival time without contacting us, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation.
- According to Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance, an accommodation tax will be levied separately depending on the accommodation fee. The accommodation tax is not included in the plan fee and must be paid on-site. The accommodation tax amount is 100 yen if the accommodation fee (excluding tax) per person per night is 10,000 yen or more and less than 15,000 yen, and 200 yen if it is 15,000 yen or more.
- After making your accommodation reservation, please specify that it should arrive on or after the day before your check-in date. When sending luggage, please be sure to write the full name (in Katakana) of the guest and the date of stay. We cannot accept items that require freezing or refrigeration, or cash-on-delivery items.
- There is a vending machine for soft drinks only on the 8th floor, and a vending machine for paper-pack drinks on the 1st floor. Alcohol is not sold.
