- Our hotel does not have a private parking lot. For guests arriving by car, we can guide you to nearby coin-operated parking lots, so please feel free to inquire.
- Valet parking service is not provided. We ask guests to park their own vehicles. If there is no attendant in the parking lot, please speak to the front desk staff. We recommend contacting the hotel in advance for more details.
- It is approximately a 5-minute walk from the Central Exit of JR Kyoto Station.
- There is no free shuttle bus from the airport. A limousine bus operates from Itami Airport to Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit. The nearest bus stop is "Shimogyo Ward General Office Mae," but it may not stop there depending on the bus route and time. When coming to the hotel, we recommend taking a bus bound for "Kyoto Station Mae" and walking from Kyoto Station.
- It is approximately 15 minutes from the Kyoto Minami IC on the Meishin Expressway.
- Check-in is from 14:00 to 29:00, and check-out is at 11:00. Please check each plan for details, as times may vary depending on the accommodation plan.

- For cleaning service, if you bring your items to the front desk by 9:30 AM, they will be finished on the same day. There is no night cleaning service. Wednesdays are regular holidays, but there may be other days off besides Wednesdays depending on the month, so please check the elevator notice board or ask the staff. Coin laundries are located on the 4th and 8th floors. Detergent is automatically dispensed. - Wash to dry (standard): 400 yen - Wash to dry (small load): 300 yen - Drying only: 100 yen to 200 yen
- Parcel delivery service is available at the front counter. Shipping is limited to within Japan. Rates vary depending on the destination region, parcel size, and weight, so please confirm on the day.

- There is no special children's rate. Children of elementary school age and younger can co-sleep. If a bed is used, a reservation at the adult rate is required, just like for adults.
- We provide pajamas and slippers for children. - **Pajamas**: SS size (approx. 130cm height), S size (approx. 150cm height, suitable for women ~ upper elementary school age) separate type. - **Slippers**: Up to 22cm. As quantities are limited, please inquire in advance if you wish to use them.

Available room types for installation are Superior Single Rooms and Twin Rooms. Bed guards are not available, but we can arrange to move beds against a wall or push beds together upon request.
- Richmond Hotel Premier Kyoto Ekimae has a Premier Lounge, which can be used during Afternoon Time (sweets) from 13:00 to 17:00 (last order 16:30) and Social Hour (alcohol) from 18:00 to 21:00 (last order 20:30). Guests with breakfast tickets can also enjoy the breakfast buffet (for a fee).
