- Only meals are available at "1F SALVATORE CUOMO", and you can order directly from your guest room.

- All guest rooms offer free wired LAN and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi standard) connections. We also have rental PCs (for a fee), though the number is limited. Wireless LAN is also available in the lobby, and PCs are provided for your free use.

- Only in the Corner Twin Room, by adding an extra bed (3,000 yen including tax), up to 3 people can stay.
- For each bed, one child under elementary school age (0 to under 12 years old) can co-sleep for free. We also offer baby cribs for children up to 0 years old, but baby cribs can only be set up in the Corner Twin Room. If you wish to use one, please contact the hotel in advance.
- Normally, check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. This may vary depending on your booked plan.
- Early check-in before the normal check-in time of 2:00 PM is possible from 12:00 PM (additional charge of 1,000 yen including tax per hour). Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation status of the previous day or the current day, so please contact the hotel for details. If you wish to check in before 12:00 PM, you will need to book an additional night from the previous day.
- The normal check-out time is 11:00 AM. Extension is available until 2:00 PM at a charge of 1,000 yen including tax per hour. Extensions after 2:00 PM will incur a charge for one night. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation status of the day.
- If we do not receive contact for more than 2 hours after your registered check-in time, your reservation may be canceled. If you will be more than 2 hours late, please be sure to contact the hotel in advance. Also, for security reasons, the automatic entrance door will be locked at night (12:00 AM - 6:00 AM the next day). When entering during this time, please use the intercom at the entrance.
