My first impression was that

My first impression was that it was ridiculous that my onward reservation was changed to a Chinese company for the company's convenience and that they did not even refund the difference. I was looking forward to a meal in Germany.
The food on the return trip was disappointing, with stale Japanese food. The foreigner next to me was annoying and overflowing, and I missed my connecting flight because of the delay, which was 2 hours late. I wish they had made a proper schedule from the beginning. I am a Germany lover from the bottom of my heart, but this time there were more demerits.

LH

The round-trip flight had to be changed four times, and seat reservations had to be changed twice. However, on the day of my return, Munich had to stop flying due to heavy snow, so I was lucky to get Frankfurt. I had to take the next flight because I didn't have enough time to make a connection at Haneda-Itami. I heard that LH is slower to release luggage than other carriers, so it is better to make a reservation with an hour to spare.

The seats had been changed without permission.

Since the flight was going to be about 20 hours, I paid extra for the option of a relaxing seating area. When we finally boarded, we found out that our seats had been changed and it was a painful flight. When I returned home and inquired about the return of the extra charge for this, I was almost accused of being inadequate and had to go back and forth with the airline. I questioned the seat management. Why was the change made? I wish you would explain the reason for the change well in advance. It is confusing. It would ruin an otherwise enjoyable trip. Thank you very much.
