I am a New York University student who applied for the school's exchange program in University of Montevideo. We were informed as the students who had been accepted to acquire our air ticket from American Airlines. The school had negotiated the ticket cost for the students for this airline to Montevideo. I did not hesitate I got my air ticket and went for shopping for what I needed for the trip to Montevideo. We traveled at night and in a couple of hours we arrived in Montevideo. Montevideo is quite different from New York it is was more peaceful with less activity. There are also very minimal things to do in Montevideo. My experience was mostly highlighted by the experiences I had in school. The people of Montevideo are very welcoming and accommodating.
