Hi my name is Ju-anne. I spent the whole of last year in Nantes for a school exchange programme. I was part of the students chosen to go to the University of Nantes for the following school year. I got a scholarship of 2300 euros from my university's scholarship programme for merit students. I boarded AIR FRANCE which was the airline for my ticket on my way to Nantes. The atmosphere in Nantes is really great, as there are so many other students in the city and several things to do over the weekend. I was able to make many friends while in Nantes. Most of the restaurants had great food which was always served with butter. I stayed in a room in ""Cite Universitaire"" courtesy of the International students office in Nantes University. The rates per month were relatively low around 200 euros per month. I loved spending time with my new friend in Cote Plage which is a great bar. Time flew so fast and it was time to go back, I got my air ticket back by the same airline.

I also enjoyed the nightlife in Nantes but to my disappointment they close really early at around 2 to 3 pm. My best place was hangar à bananes.
