Voice of Travelers to Turin
Philipp from Germany
I am Philipp from Germany. Recently I flew from Frankfurt to Turin with Lufthansa. I booked my ticket online using Lufthansa’s website. It was a simple process and I could book and pay for my ticket from the comfort of my home. The flight was short and pleasant and I enjoyed the complimentary drink and snack on board. The stewards and stewardesses on the plane were very polite. I went on several long walks and I admired Turin’s beautiful, baroque architecture. I took many photos to share with my friends back home. I also enjoyed a visit to Museo dell'Automobile which displayed over a hundred fascinating, old cars. I was even lucky enough to get a ticket for a Juventus football match while in Turin.
David from the UK
My name is David and I am from the UK. I needed an extended weekend break this summer and found a fantastic deal on an economy class ticket to Turin with British Airways. I was impressed with the service, including the smooth online check-in and the drinks and snacks brought directly to my seat. Turin is full to bursting with beautiful baroque architecture and delightful restaurants. If you go, be sure to buy a ticket for the Palazzo Madama. I also made a special visit to the Caffe Al Bicerin, famous for Turin's favourite drink of coffee, cream and chocolate. I loved my weekend there so much I'm already looking for another ticket to Turin.
Maria from Spain
My name is Maria and last month I bought a ticket for a family holiday in Turin. We flew with Vueling and bought our tickets online. I downloaded Vueling’s application for my smartphone, so that I did not have to print out our tickets. I got our tickets and check-in on my phone and avoided a queue at the airport. It was our son’s first flight and we arranged with a stewardess for him to receive a First Flight Certificate which made him very happy. In Turin we went to National Cinema Museum located in the Mole Antonelliana where the kids enjoyed the interactive marionette exhibition. We also visited many of Turin’s parks with play areas where the children had a lot of fun.
