Checked Baggage
For routes between North and South America (Including the US) Economy Class passengers with Eva Air may bring two pieces of checked baggage at 23kg/50lbs per piece. 28kg/62lbs per piece for Premium Economy class passengers and 32kg/70lbs per piece for Business Class passengers. Discount Economy (A) tickets may only bring one piece of checked baggage of up to 23kg/50lbs.
For all other routes with Eva Air, Economy Class passengers have a checked baggage allowance of 30kg/66lbs, Premium Economy may bring up to 35kg/77lbs of checked baggage and Business Class passengers may bring up to 40kg/88lbs. Discount Economy tickets have a checked baggage limit of 20kg/44lbs.

Cabin Baggage
Economy Class and Premium Economy passengers with Eva Air are allowed one piece of carry-on baggage of up to 7kg/15lbs. Business Class passengers are allowed two pieces of carry-on baggage of up to 7kg/15lbs per piece.

EVA Air- Inflight Services
Service Onboard
EVA Air service provides Super-Business, Business, and Economy classes. These all have a 24-inch audio/video-on-demand (AVOD) screen and bed-convertible seats with a touchscreen seat controller. A highly competent chef is present on the flight to prepare meals for the passengers. Passengers can also connect to free WiFi in-flight.
In-Flight Entertainment
In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) is also available on most of the aircrafts for the relaxation of passengers. All touch-screens are located on seatbacks backs or armrests. The air ticket also includes cabin screens that display Airshow, a moving map system where passengers can check flight progress, along with movies, short movies, and featured films. Newspapers and magazines are provided to all passengers on all EVA Air flights.
In-Flight Meal
A highly trained chef prepares the passenger meals on the flight and different varieties of scrumptious meals are available for air ticket passengers to savor. Specialized meals can be prepared in accordance with all dietary restrictions.

Q. Can I make a special meal request?
A. Yes. Special meals are available to passengers for age, medical, dietary, or religious reasons. Please be sure to notify EVA Air Service of your request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure. Some specific special meals must be requested at least 72 hours prior to flight departure, otherwise the airline cannot provide them in some stations. Please contact your travel agency or an EVA Air reservation office, or visit the EVA Air website to submit your request.
Q. How do I get mileage credited to my account automatically?
A. First simply provide your membership number every time you make a reservation with EVA Air and Star Alliance member airlines, participating hotels, and car rental agencies. Then, to ensure your account is credited properly, please remember to always make reservations giving your name exactly as it appears in your Infinity MileageLands enrollment data. Please contact your Infinity MileageLands Service Center immediately if you need to change or update your name.
Q. Are mileage and upgrade certificates also transferable?
A. Yes. To protect membership rights, a list of mileage or upgrade certificates nominees must be submitted to the Infinity MileageLands before transferring mileage or upgrade certificates.

About Mileage Program of EVA Air
Eva Air has a mileage and frequent flyer program called Infinity MileageLands allowing passengers to earn and use miles earned with the airline to purchase tickets or upgrades for flights. Miles can also be used for other services such as purchasing extra baggage or access to airport lounges.
As Eva Air is a part of Star Alliance, they are partnered with other airlines in the group such as United, Air Canada and ANA.

City Check-In
EVA Air service offers several check-in methods to facilitate passenger convenience. One of these methods is city check-in. It is available at the EVA Air Sales Office and can be used from 48 to 4 hours before departure.
Web Check-In
There is also the web check-in for passengers to use online. It is available for both domestic and international air ticket holders. This service can be availed from 24 hours to 4 hours before departure.
Check-In through EVA Air Service Call Center
Passengers who have air tickets can also check-in through the EVA Air Service Call Center 24 to 4 hours prior to departure. Mobile app check-in is also available to meet passenger needs.
