2. Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park
Located in Crescent City, Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park is a coastal state park in northern California. Many giant redwood trees are protected here as well, making it another popular tourist attraction in Crescent City. The park is named after Jedediah Smith, the first person to explore the northern California region in 1820.

Ocean World is one of Crescent City’s popular attractions. It was originally an aquarium called “Undersea Garden” but was expanded and reopened in 1985.
