For plans paid in advance by card, the difference after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded later.

All rental car plans on this site are priced inclusive of the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). CDW is included as standard and covers the excess amount (out-of-pocket cost) you would otherwise bear in the event of an accident. As a guide, the excess is approximately ¥50,000 for property damage and approximately ¥50,000-¥100,000 for vehicle damage. Separately, the Non-Operation Charge (NOC), which applies when the vehicle cannot be used for business due to an accident, is handled apart from CDW and is approximately ¥20,000 if the vehicle is still drivable or approximately ¥50,000 if it is not. Some plans also offer additional paid options, such as coverage that waives the NOC. If you wish to extend or return the car early after pickup, please contact the store you are using directly.
