Please note that if more than 1 hour passes after your reservation time without contact, it will be treated as a cancellation. For plans paid in advance by card, the difference after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded later.

CDW is included as standard and covers the excess amount (out-of-pocket cost) you would otherwise bear in the event of an accident. If you wish to extend or return the car early after pickup, please contact the store you are using directly.
