• FACULTY OF HOSPITALITY

  This program allows students to acquire culinary experience in a realistic environment with large commercial kitchens.
  The Main Campus is fully equipped with on-campus culinary training facilities.
  
  This 40-week program offers a "Certificate III in Commercial Cookery," which is beneficial for those who wish to work in the restaurant industry.
  A minimum English proficiency of a score of IELTS (International English Language Testing System) 5.5 or equivalent is required for enrollment.

• FACULTY OF CHILDREN’S SERVICES

  This program provides students with the knowledge and experience to work in the childcare profession.
  The Main Campus has an on-campus childcare facility, Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten, where students can gain practical and highly effective hands-on training.
  
  Programs offered include the 46-week "Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care" program which is designed to prepare students to become child care assistants, child care workers or babysitters and the 50-week "Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care" program which is intended to prepare students to become certified managers for child care, child care professionals or child care consultants.
  
  Each program has designated practical training days, research days and class days.

• FACULTY OF BUSINESS

  The program is designed to develop business skills tailored to each program, with training that will prepare students to enter the business world with confidence upon completion.
  
  Programs include the 36-week "Diploma of Leadership and Management" designed for team leaders and other professionals who need to learn important management skills to succeed as leaders, such as teamwork management in the workplace, safety management, employee recruitment and management of information management systems.
  
  Students learn essential skills for success as a leader.
  After the completion of this program, students may continue their studies in the "Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management" offered at the Brisbane Campus.
