ZIPAIR does not offer a mileage program, but it does have a ZIPAIR point system, the ZIPAIR Point Club. There are ZIPAIR Point Clubs with no annual membership fee, as well as the ZIPAIR Point Club Plus, which requires an annual membership fee and offers benefits such as discounts on checked baggage. Also, while you cannot earn ZIPAIR points by flying on ZIPAIR, you can earn ZIPAIR points by receiving ZIPAIR Point Club membership benefits or exchanging JAL (Japan Airlines) miles.
You can exchange the points you have earned in the ZIPAIR Point Club for JAL miles on the ZIPAIR official website. You can exchange 2 points for 1 mile (as of March 2022), and you can also exchange JAL miles for ZIPAIR points. However, ZIPAIR-exclusive points awarded in campaigns and other events can only be used on ZIPAIR.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your flight due to reasons other than passenger convenience, such as bad weather or equipment trouble, you may be refunded the applicable fare, ancillary service fees, and other fees, or reschedule your flight to another day on the same route. If you paid by credit card, the money will be transferred to the credit card used, and if you paid at a convenience store, the money will be transferred to your bank account. Please note that refunds will only be available if the request is made within 90 days of the boarding date of the flight that has been changed as stated or recorded on the ticket.
Checked baggage (baggage to be checked in) is up to 5 pieces of baggage of the specified size (sum of three sides 203 cm or less) (but each piece must not exceed 32 kg), and a fee is charged for each piece. Please note that the fee varies depending on the weight of each piece, up to 14 kg, 23 kg, or 32 kg. If the weight exceeds the amount of the checked baggage fee you have received in advance, you will need to pay the difference at the airport counter (credit card payment only) plus an administrative fee. Please note that ZIPAIR Point Club Plus members are eligible for preferential rates.
