We decided to visit Asia again with my husband and extended family. We always take vacations together at the end of every year. The journey to Balikpapan began with purchase of the return ticket from Air Asia. They had discounts for the ticket during that period of year. We all went via first class from Heathrow airport to Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman airport in Balikpapan. I always have to upgrade my ticket to first class when travelling long distance. We finally arrived after a couple of hours. The cit is incredibly beautiful from the decor to the architecture. I had my camera on all the time. The people and food was incredible great. Everyone was friendly. I will definitely be getting my ticket back to Balikpapan.
