The Top Hotels to Stay at in Dubrovnik

B! LINE

Tourism in Dubrovnik has sky-rocketed in recent years, thanks to TV shows such as Game of Thrones showcasing its beautifully preserved old town. With its newfound fame, a number of stunning hotels have popped up around the town, luxurious and extravagant, these places make a trip to Dubrovnik even more worth your while.

Villa Dubrovnik

Located a short walk further down the coast from the old town, these beautiful villas overlook the ocean with stunning views over towards Dubrovnik. If you're not up for walking, you can even take a speedboat transfer to the old town from the hotel. Expect everything you'd need from a hotel here, the rooms are gorgeous and service is excellent, but the main appeal here is the incredible scenery from the coast.

The Pucic Palace

For those who want to be right in the center, Pucic Palace is set inside a 17th-century baroque building within the walls of the old town. Being literally inside the old town of Dubrovnik, all the attractions are just a short walk away and many of the rooms have views over the picturesque buildings there. While the decor of the rooms is luxurious and beautiful, being a historic building means space can be a little small. If that bothers you, be sure to book a place outside of the old town instead.

Grand Villa Argentina

Another of Dubrovnik's beautiful coastal villas, Grand Villa Argentina has been serving guests for almost 70 years. Since then it's been renovated multiple times to become the stunning complex of luxury villas and rooms it is today. The hotel area is also a short ten minute walk from the old town of Dubrovnik.

Hotel Kompas Dubrovnik

Offering modern, spacious and luxurious rooms for a hard-to-beat price point, Hotel Kompas is perfect for those wanting to get their money's worth. All of their rooms come with balconies, but for the best views grab one with a sea view. While the location is a little far out from Dubrovnik's old town, instead it's located nearer the new town, with bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Hotel Dubrovnik Palace

This huge recently renovated hotel on the Lapad Peninsula features everything you could possibly want in a luxury hotel and more. Perfect for families, there are a number of restaurants, bars and spa facilities available on the property. You'll even find a private beach and a scuba diving center here. Each of the rooms have beautiful views over the Elafiti Isles and feature some lovely minimalist decor.
