Voice of Travelers to Jakarta

Wonderful Garuda Indonesia Airline Cabin Service

This was my first flight with Garuda Indonesia on the Business Class. I booked my ticket from Jakarta to Glasgow 6 hours before my flight, so I was a little tense with the booking process. At the Check-in the staff helped me find and book my flight quickly. I did not queue the line since I used Sky Priority for boarding. We boarded the plane, and the cabin crew welcomed us with drinks and snacks. The in-flight meal was chicken served with curry seasoning from Indonesia. They also gave us a selection of fruits. Overall the service was wonderful, and the cabin crew was very professional and helpful.

Best airline company

The service was beyond all expectations. The beverages were complimentary through the flight. The best in-flight service ever. KLM might be pricier than a portion of other airlines yet undoubtedly the best even despite the cost. If possible I will book with them once more. Anticipating for our flight on September.
