The ticket selling platform was effective and efficient. It was a direct short flight from Manila. I was comfortable and stress-free the whole flight. My legs were not cramped up. I had enough leg space to move in. The flight crew were very accommodating. They were quick to respond to all our needs. They also made sure that we're entertained and happy the whole flight. Hello, I'm Pinky from the Philippines. My friends and I booked a ticket to Kuala Lumpur as part of our trip in Southeast Asia. We booked a ticket to Kuala Lumpur from Manila with AirAsia. I want to say that I'm very satisfied and impressed with the airlines' services. From buying the ticket to the flight itself, their service was good. Check-in and boarding process was easy, thanks to AirAsia ground staff. Since they were quick to help because the airport's bloated. My concern with the lines is with the NAIA airport lacking people and facilities. Anyway, during the flight, my friends and I are well-accommodated. The flight crew members were very kind and friendly. They were fast and efficient in serving everyone onboard. The food we ordered tasted delicious and fresh. In-flight entertainment was also great. We will definitely book a ticket with them again.
