Please note that if more than 1 hour passes after your reservation time without contact, it will be treated as a cancellation. For plans paid in advance by card, the difference after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded later.

All rental car plans on this site are priced inclusive of the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). CDW is included as standard and covers the excess amount (out-of-pocket cost) you would otherwise bear in the event of an accident. Separately, the Non-Operation Charge (NOC), which applies when the vehicle cannot be used for business due to an accident, is handled apart from CDW and is approximately ¥20,000 if the vehicle is still drivable or approximately ¥50,000 if it is not. If you wish to extend or return the car early after pickup, please contact the store you are using directly.
