As a general guide: free up to 7 days before departure, 20-30% of the usage fee 2-6 days before, 40-50% the day before, 50% on the day (before departure), and 100% if you miss the departure time or do not contact the store. Note that "non-refundable" plans are charged a 100% cancellation fee from the time of booking. Please note that if more than 1 hour passes after your reservation time without contact, it will be treated as a cancellation. For plans paid in advance by card, the difference after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded later.

CDW is included as standard and covers the excess amount (out-of-pocket cost) you would otherwise bear in the event of an accident. Separately, the Non-Operation Charge (NOC), which applies when the vehicle cannot be used for business due to an accident, is handled apart from CDW and is approximately ¥20,000 if the vehicle is still drivable or approximately ¥50,000 if it is not. If you wish to extend or return the car early after pickup, please contact the store you are using directly.
