Please note that if more than 1 hour passes after your reservation time without contact, it will be treated as a cancellation. For plans paid in advance by card, the difference after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded later.

CDW is included as standard and covers the excess amount (out-of-pocket cost) you would otherwise bear in the event of an accident. As a guide, the excess is approximately ¥50,000 for property damage and approximately ¥50,000-¥100,000 for vehicle damage. Separately, the Non-Operation Charge (NOC), which applies when the vehicle cannot be used for business due to an accident, is handled apart from CDW and is approximately ¥20,000 if the vehicle is still drivable or approximately ¥50,000 if it is not.
