Voice of Travelers to Tijuana

Admission to the Tijuana Institute of Technology

I am Fernando from Dominican Republic, I secured an admission to study Telecommunications Engineering at Tijuana Institute of Technology. This was my first time to travel abroad and was excited by the prospect experiencing a new culture in Tijuana. My family and friends helped me in securing a study visa and ticket to Tijuana. To receive a student visa to, one needs to present a proof of enough funds to support his or her stay, a valid passport, travel ticket and accommodation ticket. Things moved first and within three weeks before my departure to Madrid, I had my passport, air ticket, accommodation ticket and all other documentations needed by the university ready. I boarded Caribbean Airlines flight to Tijuana and their service was fantastic. As a student with a study visa and a ticket, I was allowed to check in an extra bag.

Vacation to attend Tijuana Jazz and Blues Festival

I am Jesus from Mexico City. Last summer, I took a break from work and flew to Tijuana to attend the Tijuana Jazz and Blues Festival. I had a difficulty in choosing the best airline to Tijuana until a family friend suggested the best airline that offered the cheapest ticket to Tijuana. I bought a ticket to Tijuana online after visiting the referral and buying the ticket online was cheaper compared to visiting the travel agents who sold their ticket more expensively. “ Ticket to Tijuana, is cheap six weeks prior to your departure and it is advisable to buy your ticket at that time”, my friend added. I traveled using TAR Airlines who apart from being cheaper, also offered a 5% off their ticket for any ticket bought to attend the event. The travel experience and enjoying the festival Tijuana was fascinating. Tijuana residents are very hospitable and friendly people and always ready to help. I came back rejuvenated and I am on course to achieve my targets for the year and I would recommend any one, to take a vacation in Tijuana. The city is cool and has a lot to offer.
